For the comedians, troublemakers, silly expressions, hilarious moments, and birds who always keep you laughing.
Most Beautiful Bird
Show us your bird's most stunning side! Colorful feathers, striking portraits, beautiful details, or simply a photo that captures how gorgeous your companion is.
Best Action Shot
Flying, playing, climbing, splashing, dancing, or otherwise caught in the middle of something exciting—we want to see your bird in action!
How to Enter
Entering is easy!
1. Choose a Category
Select the category that best fits your photo or video.
2. Upload Your Entry
Submit an original photo or short video featuring your pet bird.
3. Tell Us About Your Bird
Provide your bird's name and a short caption or description telling us what makes them a Feathered Favorite.
4. Share Your Entry
Once your entry is approved, share it with your friends, family, and fellow bird lovers and encourage them to vote!

Public voting will help determine the top entries in each category. After voting closes, a panel of judges will review the highest-voted entries in each category and select one winner for each category.

Contest Guidelines
To enter, you must:
- Submit an original photo or short video featuring your pet bird.
- Select one of the three contest categories for your entry.
- Provide your bird's name and a brief caption or description.
- Submit a photo or video that has not been generated or substantially altered using artificial intelligence (AI).
- Certify that you own or have permission to use all content included in your submission.
- Obtain permission to use any location, property, or other identifiable material shown in your submission when required.
- Obtain permission from any recognizable people appearing in your submission. For minors, permission must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.
- Do not submit content containing copyrighted music, images, video, artwork, or other materials unless you own the copyright or have permission or a valid license to use them.
- Keep entries appropriate for a family-friendly audience.
Official Rules
By submitting an entry, the entrant represents and warrants that the submission is an original work, has not been generated or substantially altered using artificial intelligence (AI), and that the entrant owns or has obtained all rights and permissions necessary to submit and display the entry.
By entering, the entrant grants MyBird and the Bird Enjoyment & Advantage Koalition (BEAK) a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to publicly display, distribute, reproduce, and create derivative works from the submitted photo or video, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or later developed, for MyBird and BEAK purposes, including education, advertising, marketing, social media, and promotion. The entrant retains ownership of their submission but will not receive additional compensation or approval rights for these uses.
Entrants are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions for people, locations, property, music, images, or other copyrighted materials appearing in their submissions.
MyBird and BEAK are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or technically unsuccessful entries or submissions. MyBird and BEAK reserve the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules or to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if circumstances require.
Public voting is intended to help identify the most popular entries. Final winners will be selected by the MyBird/BEAK judging panel from among the highest-voted eligible entries in each category. Judging decisions are final.
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the use of their name, bird's name, entry, and submitted photo/video by MyBird and BEAK for purposes related to the contest and National Pet Bird Day.
